Returns Policy

Order Cancellations

No order cancellations will be accepted once the goods have been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, you will be able to make a return after receiving your order but not before.

 

Speakers

Crystal Acoustics offers you the option to keep our speakers in your home, for as long as 60 Days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to return the product and Crystal Acoustics will refund you. The period begins from the date of acceptance of delivery. You may exercise your right of return only in case the item is in proper condition and will be returned in a proper undamaged state in its original packaging.

 

The items must be returned on or before the appropriate date in order to observe the deadline. Please inform us first by e-mail at info@crystalaudio.com of your intention to return the product. This would aid us in allocating and processing your return. Please note that you shall bear the cost of shipping and any risk of damage to or loss of the item in transport.

 

We have the right to claim compensation for the value of an item if the value has been adversely affected. Products that qualify may be returned within 60 days from delivery date. Returned merchandise must include all factory-packed accessories in the original carton. Customers will receive less refund for damaged, missing, contents or cartons. All returns are subject to inspection.

 

You may only return individual components from a set if Crystal Acoustics offers these components for sale separately. If you return one or more individual components from a set, this voids the discount that Crystal Acoustics provides on the sale of components as a set. This means that for individually returned components from a set, you will be refunded the difference between the set price and the total purchase price of the individual components you decide to keep, i.e., we will deduct the discount that applies to set purchases.

 

For example, if a set costs 999.00, whereas the total of the individual components would have been 1099.00 (satellite speakers for 650.00 and a subwoofer for 449.00). If you return the subwoofer, you would receive a 349.00 refund from the difference between the 999.00 set price and 650.00 (the sum purchase price of the satellite speakers that you decided to keep).

 

All returns require prior authorization

Please do not send returns to any of the addresses shown in this website. We will notify you of the appropriate address when you contact us! 

 

A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise. Please contact Crystal Acoustics via e-mail at info@crystalaudio.com to obtain a return authorization. Please note that you shall assume the cost of shipping and any risk of damage to or loss of the item in transport.

 

We don't accept CODs or freight-collect shipments. Please note: customers will receive less credit on any merchandise returned to Crystal Acoustics as "refused" or "undeliverable".

  • All returns are required to be packed and shipped securely in original manufacturer’s packaging

  • Be sure to include everything originally supplied

  • Provide shipping info: Carrier used and tracking number. We recommend that you insure the shipment

  • When the returned items will arrive at our warehouse, we will inspect them and issue a refund
