Crystal Acoustics offers standard ground three to seven day shipping (depending on the destination).
Delivery of large sized orders may at times be handled and shipped on a disposable pallet.
Shipping
Shipment processing does not begin until we receive full payment or a full authorization. We try to dispatch shipments within 3 days of the receipt of the order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Important: acceptance of delivery
Please make sure all products are received in good condition before you accept delivery and sign the delivery bill. All risks pass to the Customer upon delivery of goods. Any claims regarding damaged goods must be established with the transport company directly by the recipient.
Claims
Any claims regarding shipping, billing, pricing errors or defective items must be reported within seven days of receipt of shipment. Every attempt will be made to notify you of any delays due to stock shortages via e-mail or phone.
The customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments and will receive less than full refund.

His creations are part of private collections and adorn the environments of well-known families in Athens, Europe and the United States.
