All items purchased from Crystal Acoustics are made pursuant to a shipment contract. When you place an order online you will automatically receive an e-mail with your order confirmation.

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Shipping Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the Shipping Confirmation. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days.
